No fooling! There are just 2 more Carryout Cafes of the season! The Neighborhood House's  Carryout Cafe will be served this Thursday, April 1st, with lunch being served from 11:30 to 1 p.m. As always, the suggested donation is $7, and seniors are invited to join “on the house.”

On the menu this week is a choice of Quiche Lorraine or Vegetable Quiche, kale salad, a Parker House Roll and a brownie for dessert This week's sponsor is Lisa Hall Jewelry

The final Carryout Cafe of the season will be on Thursday, April 15th. The service window in the Neighborhood House's kitchen will serve as the “takeout window” where you can pick up your carryout meal. Everyone is asked to space out accordingly in line and wear a cloth face covering while inside.

For years, the Neighborhood House's Community Cafe has been a highlight of Thursdays, as residents have been able to gather for a great meal and a little community conversation every other Thursday in the winter. Because of COVID-19, organizers have instead decided to transform the Community Cafe to the Carryout Cafe for 2020-21.
