Downeast Community Partners is an agency that was formed in 2017, through the merger of the Washington Hancock Community Agency (WHCA) and Child and Family Opportunities (CFO). Their mission is to improve the quality of life and reduce the impact of poverty in Downeast communities.

On "Black Friday", November 29th they will be at the Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce's building at 163 High Street collecting toys in the hopes of stuffing the bus full of toys! All toys will go to children in Hancock and Washington Counties.

They will be there from 7AM to 12 Noon
