Thoughts and Prayers for the Sumner Memorial High School Community

There was a tragic accident on Saturday, February 6th in Gouldsboro that claimed the lives of 2 Sumner Memorial High School students, one senior and junior and the life of a former Sumner student. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire community as you come together to deal with this sudden and tragic loss.

Any student, regardless of whether they are  in the Monday/Tuesday or Thursday/Friday cohort can come to school on Monday, February 8th to receive support from the school counselors.

The Monday school day will begin with Tiger Time groupings, with a school-wide Zoom meeting at 7:55 a.m. Please check your school email for the link. There will be a modified schedule (check email). If school is delayed because of weather, any changes to the schedule and Tiger Time will be communicated via email and the school's Facebook Page
