Sumner Boys Soccer Beat Calais 6-1

The Sumner Memorial High School Boys Soccer Team defeated the Calais Blue Devils at home on Saturday, October 5th by the score of 6-1.

Damon Warren scored 3 goals for the Tigers and now stands at 96 career goals.

Colin Piper added 2 goals and Billy Wray added a goal. Eduardo Figueroa, Sam Bunch, Nolan Christiansen and Aidden Weaver all had assists.

Calais' goal was scored by Gavin Parks.

Sumner goalie Alex Rumill had 4 saves on 6 shots. Calais goalie Cameron Kelly had 14 saves on 23 shots.

Sumner is now 8-0-1 on the season and is home on Monday, October 7th when they play host to Machias at 4PM

Calais is 4-4-1 on the season and travels to Lee Academy on Wednesday, October 9th at 4PM.
