
Stonington Death Ruled a Suicide
Officials say the death of a Stonington man has been ruled a suicide.
Department of Public Safety spokesman Steve McCausland says the man has been identified as 41-year-old Matthew Billings.
His death was originally investigated as suspicious after his body was found inside a home at 44 Weed Field Road, Monday afternoon. An autopsy was conducted at the State Medical Examiner's Office, where it was determined that he had taken his own life.
No other details have been released.
