
Southwest Harbor Election Results
Voters in Southwest Harbor went to the polls on Tuesday, May 2nd, to elect 2 members to the Board of Selectmen, 2 to the School Committee and 1 MDI High School Trustee. Here are the results...
Ryan Donahue had the most votes with 127 votes and was elected to a 3 year term. Also elected to a 3 year term was incumbent Lydia Goetze with 123 votes. Former selectman Ralph Dunbar had 102 votes while newcomer Jesse Dunbar (no relation) had 85 votes.
Both James Sawyer (182 votes) and Ingrid Kachmar (173 votes) were returned to the School Committee. They were unopposed.
Kachmar was also elected to the position of MDI High School Trustee with 205 botes. She was unopposed.
A total of 252 ballots were cast.
