Side Street Cafe in Bar Harbor Offering $40 Credit to Furloughed Government Employees on Wednesday January 16th

Mainers taking care of Mainers and those they love. As the partial government shutdown affects more and more people, we have seen various organizations, businesses and ordinary people stepping up to help our friends and neighbors that have been impacted.

Side Street Cafe in Bar Harbor is offering a $40 credit to furloughed government employees to use on Wednesday, January 16th. Here are the details

We are trying to keep current with resources and fundraisers for those impacted by the partial government shutdown. Downeast we know of members of the Coast Guard that are working without paychecks and Acadia National Park employees who have either been furloughed or working without a paycheck.
