There's a trending petition on change.org started by the Halloween and Costume Association to ask the President to move Halloween to the last Saturday of October.

Rather than making it a "floating holiday", the petition calls for it to be designated day, similar to how Thanksgiving is always the last Thursday of November.

The thinking is that by moving it to the last Saturday of October, more families will be able to participate in trick or treating, and make it a longer, safer stress-free celebration.

So what do you think?
