Sheriff Scott Kane Issues Statement on Noose Incident on Deer Isle

On Friday June 19th a noose was thrown over a telephone line on Deer Isle, which was removed after hanging for a few hours by local arborist Jason Lepper. On Monday, June 22nd, Hancock County Sheriff Scott Kane issued the following statement on his Facebook page.
