Route 3 Update Week June 17

Here's the Bar Harbor Route 3 Construction Update for the week ending June 17th. All work is weather dependent and subject to change. Remember to please drive safely and slowly, paying attention to all signage, traffic signals and the directions of the flaggers.

The contractors will be working on placing drainage from Barton's Lane towards Hamor Lane.

Ditching from Day Lily Lane to the Baymeath Road.

Excavating and placing gravel from the Old Bar Harbor Road to Sand Point Road.

Installing new water services from the Sand Point Road towards Barton's Lane.

The utility companies will be conduction line work from the Bluffs towards West Street, Barton's Lane towards the Crooked Road and potentially other locations along the project.
