Meanwhile the Red Sox bats who hit 5 homers on Thursday, and 6 on Friday continued to be hot, with JD Martinez hitting his 16th homer, and 3rd in 2 days in the 7th inning.

Brock Holt was 3-5. Andrew Benintendi, Rafael Devers and Michael Chavis were all 2-5. Xander Bogaerts had a double and drove in 2 runs.
