Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce Executive Director PJ Keenan to Step Down

The Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce announced that Executive Director PJ Keenan would be stepping down at the end of July.

Keenan was appointed the Executive Director in May of 2023, taking over the organization on June 1st.

Keenan stated in the press release "This was not an easy decision, but one I needed to make for personal reasons. I love this community and the Chamber, and I'm proud of everything we've accomplished together."

Amy D. Boles, the Board Chair of the Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce stated "On behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to thank PJ for her dedicated leadership and meaningful contributions to the Ellsworth Area Chamber of Commerce during her tenure. We want to wish PJ tremendous success in her future endeavors."

The Board of Directors' Executive Search Committee will immediately begin the process of finding a qualified successor.
