Paul Bunyan Flipping Us Off?

I originally posted this picture on July 1st 2018 and couldn't find it, until just now. How appropriate to post it again on Paul Bunyan Day!

I have lived in Bangor for 35 years now, and it was only in 2018 that I noticed what looks like Paul Bunyan giving us the bird.

The next time you are in Bangor, have a look at Paul Bunyan from the Irving gas station side heading down Main Street towards the center of the city! Doesn't it look like Paul is just telling us that we are number 1?

Actually, it's just the tip of the peavey in his left hand, but it sure does look like he's giving us the middle finger!
