Parking Meter Whisperer – August Cruise Ship Passengers

For those of us in Maine, we know August is a "special" time. It's the time when visitors from near and far discover why we love to live in Maine.

Ever since the parking meters and kiosks have been installed Linda Kelley has been publishing almost daily some fantastic paintings on her own Facebook page and they have been so well received she started a Facebook page for the Parking Meter Whisperer

The above is entitled "Cruise Ship Photo Op", which just had me laughing out loud! If you've visited Bar Harbor in August you know visitors will take a picture anywhere and of everything. There was a time that I drove down Main Street and someone was right out in the middle of the road, stopping traffic while they took their photo.
