Old Town Defeats MDI 10-0

The Old Town Coyotes defeated the MDI Baseball Team 10-0 on Tuesday, May 10th in Bar Harbor. Old Town banged out 16 hits while MDI managed only 4 hits.

Riley Swanson had 2 hits for the Trojans, and Alden Fournier and Jacob Mitchell each had a single.

For Old Town Ryan Hoogterp had 4 hits including a double. Ethan Stoddard and Jacob Ketch each had 3 singles. Drew Coulombe and Cole Daniel had 2 singles and Kaleb Gifford and Jacob Dubay each had 1 single.

Seth Young and Matt Perconti shared the pitching duties for the Trojans while Drew Coulombe and Austin Sheehan pitched for the Coyotes.

MDI is now 3-6 and plays host to Hermon on Thursday, May 12 at 4:30 PM.

Old Town is 8-1 and plays host to Ellsworth on Friday, May 13th at 4:30 PM
