MDI Winter Sports Meeting

It's hard to believe we are getting ready for the Winter Sports Season! MDI High School is holding its Winter Sports Meeting on Monday, October 30th at 6 PM in the Higgins-Demas Theatre. This is mandatory for all winter student-athletes and at least one of their parents.

At the meeting, the Extra Curricular policy will be reviewed as well as the Rank One program. Afterwards, sessions with Rob Miller, a motivational speaker from "Proactive Coaching" will be offered who will share his skills and "coaching" knowledge to promote the "Proactive Coaching" mission of helping coaches positively impact their student-athlete's lives.

Coaches from Husson University and Colby College will also hold sessions to talk to parents and students about what it takes to play at the post-secondary level and what coaches look for during the recruiting process.
