MDI Student Learning Survey Due January 15th

With the start of the 2nd semester coming up, MDI High School needs to hear from families to determine how their students will access learning for the remaining of the year! The school has sent out surveys, and ask that you complete it by Friday, January 15th.

You can complete the survey online HERE. If there are multiple children attending the school, please complete one for for each child.

The form is very simple. They just need your child's name, grade level and then the answer to 1 of these 5 questions

• The student has been hybrid and would like to remain hybrid
• The student has been hybrid and would like to move to virtual
• The student has been virtual and would like to remain virtual
• The student has been virtual and would lie to move to hybrid

Again, the deadline in Friday January 15th.
