MDI Sailors Compete in Sail Maine in Portland on Saturday

The MDI Sailing Team traveled down to Portland to compete in the Sail Maine competition hosted by Cheverus on Saturday, May 4th.

Competing for MDI were Lucas Ingebritson, Nate Ingebritson, Joe Minutolo, Sofie Dowling, Louise Chaplin, Jacob Peabody and Nate Philbrook.

MDI raced a total of 4 flights (Best of 3's) winning against Southern Maine 2-1 and losting to Portland and Cape Elizabeth by the score of 2-0 and losing to Camden Hills 2-1

The sailing team is back in action on Saturday, Maine 11th competing in Castine in the Downeast Regatta
