MDI Hospital Offering Free Family and Friends CPR Course

MDI Hospital in Bar Harbor is offering a free Family and Friends CPR Course on Monday February 10th from 1 to 3 p.m.

The American Heart Association's Family and Friends CPR Course is a video-based, classroom course designed for anyone who wants to learn CPR. It's ideal for community groups, caregivers, schools, students and others. (This course is not intended for those who need a course completion card for a job or other certification.)

The course covers

• Adult Hands Only CPR
• Child and Infant CPR
• Use of the AED for Adult
• Relief of Choking for Adult, Child and Infant

The class is free and you can register online HERE

The class meets at the Lisa Stewart Women's Health Center, 330 Main Street, 2nd Floor in the Wolf Conference Center.
