MDI Girls Summer Basketball Camp

Champions are made in the off-season! Now's the time to sign up for the MDI Girls Summer Basketball Camp that will be held June 17th -21st from 3:30 to 6PM at MDI High School. The camp is open for girls entering 6th  through 9th grades in the Fall of 2019.

Camp counselors will be former and current MDI Girls basketball players and coaches. The cost of the camp is $75.00 and scholarships are available.

Campers will work on Skill stations, Full court drills, Tournaments (5-on-5, 3-on-3, 1-on-1), Daily Competitions (Hot Shot, Free throws, 3-point, Skills challenges) The clinic will focus on fundamentals and defense. The emphasis will be on encouraging all players to develop a greater understanding of each aspect of the game of basketball.

The goal is to develop players who are serious about basketball and to combine this knowledge with the hard work necessary to improve skill levels. This camp is for everyone from beginners, to advanced players who want to become a better basketball player.
