MDI Football Coach’s Show September 16

The MDI Trojan’s Football Team defeated the Hermon Hawks Friday, September 13th by the score of 35-20 in  Bar Harbor. I spoke with MDI Head Football Coach Mark Shields Monday morning, and got his take on the game. He explains what the Trojans did well, what they need to work on, the health of the team after the Hermon game, as well as what they can expect when they play the Winslow Black Raiders  this Saturday afternoon, September 21st at 1PM in a game to be heard on WDEA AM 1370 and WDEA Internet Radio. MDI's  Jon Phelps had 4 carries for 112 yards and 2 touchdowns, Teagan Candage had 13 carries for 182 yards and 1 touchdown and Taner Bickford had  8 carries for 48 yards and 2 touchdowns.
