MDI Football Announces 2024 Football Schedule

MDI High School released their 2024 8-Man Football Schedule on Monday, June 10th.

The Trojans are the defending Maine State Large School 8-Man Football Champions, winning their 1st ever Gold Football in November, 2023!

• Monday August 26 Controlled Scrimmage at Waterville 11 a.m.
• Friday August 30 Exhibition vs. Bucksport 6 p.m.
• Friday September 6  vs. Gray New-Gloucester 6 p.m.
• Friday September 13 at Orono 7 p.m.
• Friday September 20 at Yarmouth 6 p.m.
• Friday September 27 vs. Morse 6 p.m.
• Friday October 4 at Greely 6 p.m.
• Friday October 11 vs. Mt. Ararat 6 p.m.
• Friday October 18 vs. Camden Hills 6 p.m.
• Saturday October 26 at Waterville 1 p.m.

The playoff schedule is as follows

• Friday/Saturday November 1-2 Semifinals
• Friday/Saturday November 8-9 Regional Finals
• Saturday November 16 State Championship

We will be broadcasting all the regular season games on WDEA Internet Radio. Games may also be heard on our FREE downloadable APP and on any Alexa enabled device. Games not in conflict with Red Sox baseball will also be broadcast on-air on AM 1370 WDEA.
