Maine Food Festivals Honored [LIST]

The 41st Annual Wild Blueberry Festival will be held August 19-21, 2016 in Machias and is put on by the Centre Street Congregational Church. There's a Blueberry Themed Musical, road race, craft fair, puppet shows, blueberry pancake breakfast, blueberry pie eating contest, parade, baked bean supper and more!

In it's 70th year, The Maine Lobster Festival will be held August 3-7, 2016 in Rockland. The Maine Lobster Festival is five days of fun and feasting on the fabulous coast of Maine! There's the crowning of the Maine Sea Goddess, a huge parade, carnival rides, a road race and world-renowned entertainment. There's the lobster crate run and of course the star of the festival.. Boiled Lobster, about 20,000 pounds of lobster over the 5 days!

The Maine Whoopie Festival is recognized as one of the Best Funky Food Festivals by Yankee Magazine! Held June 25th, 2016 in Dover-Foxcroft, it's the "Sweetest Day" in Maine! There is fun, music, food and of course WHOOPIE PIES including 25 cent samples!
