Issue With AT&T in Bar Harbor

Many customers in Bar Harbor are reporting connectivity issues, difficulty and receiving calls in Bar Harbor. I spoke with a Customer Service Representative on Friday, December 29th and this is what she told me...

There is a tower that is severely degraded near Eden Street in Bar Harbor. They are aware of the issue, and the plan is to have all the necessary repairs completed by 2 PM on Saturday, December 30th.

I'm not sure if the bitterly cold weather will affect their timetable, but that's the latest update from AT&T.
