Hazardous and Universal Waste Collection Saturday August 20
There will be a Hazardous and Universal Waste Collection event this Saturday, August 20th, 2016 at Ellsworth High School from 9 AM to 1 PM.
It's a chance to get rid of items that are cluttering your house or garage that can't be disposed of elsewhere. You MUST pre-register and obtain a free permit from your town or city hall. If you have questions you may call Sheri Walsh at the Hancock County Planning Commission at 667-7131

- Adhesives/Solvents
- Antifreeze (Used)
- Automobile Fluids
- Batteries (Rechargeable)
- Chemicals
- Cleaners
- Computer, Monitors, Televisions
- Fluorescent Bulbs and Ballasts
- Lighter Fluid
- Linseed Oil
- Mercury Items
- Paint Removers and Thinners
- Pesticides, Fungicides and Herbicides
- Oil Based Paints and Thinners
- Oil Waste
- Transmission Fluid
- Turpentine and Varnish
