Halloween is On at Ledgelawn in Bar Harbor

Halloween is ON at Ledgelawn Avenue in Bar Harbor! This from the most recent edition of the Bar Harbor COVID-19 Update, dated October 8th.

The State of Maine has approved a plan that allows the  closure of Ledgelawn Avenue so residents can trick or treat. There will be changes to traffic  patterns and increased expectations for Covid safety that includes distancing, chutes for candy  delivery, and masking.

The box for pre-wrapped and bagged candy donations is now at the Bar Harbor Hannaford. Donations will be accepted until Thursday, October 22nd and then the donated candy will be distributed to Ledgelawn Avenue residents who will be distributing the candy.
