Fire Truck Sparks Little Tourist’s Attention

I saw the cutest thing today in Bar Harbor. If you have ever driven past the Bar Harbor Public Safety building in the Spring/Summer/Fall you'll usually find the fire truck bay doors open with the trucks outside. Today was no different, but I saw a couple of little boys climbing in and sitting in the truck!

The Williams family arrived in Bar Harbor on Sunday, from Texas and their little boys Luke and Bennett were in the truck! Kudos to the Bar Harbor firefighter who took the time to let the boys in! They were having a great time.

I asked the Williams what brought them to Bar Harbor and they said they were escaping the Texas heat. (It wasn't just a Bar Harbor Fire Truck! ) I told them we sure could use a little Texas heat! Have a great vacation!
