Ellsworth U-10 Baseball All-Stars Defeat Calais 20-9

The Ellsworth U-10 Baseball All-Star Team opened the District 1 Tournament with a 20-9 victory over Calais on Saturday, July 6th, with the game time temperatures in the mid-90's!

According to Manager Scott Fernald, Cole Fernald had a double, triple and 6 runs batted in. Cooper Miles had a triple, single and 4 runs batted in. Brayden Blaisdell had 2 singles and knocked in 4 runs. Coleman Welch had a single and walked 3 times.

Evan Haskell pitched 4.2 innings and Cole Fernald pitched the final 1.1 inning..
