Ellsworth Schools to Resume Hybrid Learning January 26th

All Ellsworth Schools (High School, Elementary-Middle, HCTC and Adult Ed) will resume hybrid learning on Tuesday, January 26th. It will be a Gray Day.

The custodial, maintenance, and transportation staff have completed additional deep cleaning of the areas  where the infected individual was present and administration has completed the contact tracing process and verification with the CDC.

From the  additional contact tracing work, updated information, and follow up this morning, the Ellsworth School Department finalized numbers and determined that there are a total of 49 students and 10 staff members who are confirmed close contacts with the individual infected with COVID-19. Those close contacts have been all directed to quarantine for 10 days from their last exposure to the individual who tested positive.
A negative test result does not eliminate the quarantine requirement.
