The City of Ellsworth will be hosting a Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 29th, with the parade stepping off at 10 AM from the General Bryant E. Moore Community Center on State Street.

Groups and organizations participating in the parade should line up at 9:30 AM. The parade will head down State Street then to School Street and then to Main Street down to the Union River Bridge. There, a memorial wreath will be tossed into the water in memory of sailors and marines who have died at sea.

The parade will then go back up State Street to Ellsworth City Hall where a ceremony will take place on the lawn.
