Ellsworth Girls Win Fall League
The Ellsworth Girls Basketball Team, sponsored by Card Enterprise and coached by Jim Card, went a perfect 12-0 finishing the 5 week Black Bear Fall schedule. The team defeated Black Bear North in the Tourney Championship 41-14.
Other teams competing in the Black Bear Fall Schedule were DBC East, DBC West, Schenk, Central, Black Bear North and Eastern Storm.

The Ellsworth Varsity Basketball Team will be coached by Andy Pooler this fall. They will be competing in the MDI Thanksgiving Tournament on Friday, November 27th and one of their games will be broadcast on AM 1370 WDEA. They open the regular season on Friday, December 4th at Foxcroft Academy.
