Ellsworth Girls Soccer Defeats Foxcroft Academy 6-0 [PHOTOS]

The Ellsworth Girls Soccer Team proved too much for the Foxcroft Academy Ponies on a bright sunshiney Saturday, as they won 6-0 at Del Luce Stadium in Ellsworth

For the 2nd consecutive game, senior Addi Laslie scored a hat-trick to pace the Eagles.

With just 2:15 elapsed Laslie scored her 1st goal of the game, with an assist from Megan Jordan

The two teamed up again with 9:48 gone in the first half, Jordan to Laslie to make the score 2--0

The score remained 2-0 at the end of the 1st Half.

With 5:06 gone in the 2nd Half Addi Lasli had the assist with Morgan Clifford scoring to make it 3-0.

It was 4-0 with 63:50 gone, when Paige Sawyer assisted on Laslie's 3rd goal of the game.

Paige Sawyer converted a penalty kick with 11:03 left in the game.

The final goal was scored by Miah Coffin, with the assist to Laslie with 8:32 left in the game.

Ellsworth is now 2-0 and plays against John Bapst at UMaine on Wednesday, September 15th at 4 p.m.

Foxcroft Academy is 0-2 and will host MDI on Monday, September 13th at 4 p.m.
