Ellsworth Girls Beat John Bapst 1-0 Will Play MDI in Semifinals Saturday October 30 [PHOTOS]
The #3 seeded Ellsworth Eagles Girls Soccer Team defeated the #6 seeded John Bapst Crusaders on Thursday night, October 28th 1-0 at Del Luce Stadium in the Class B North Quarterfinals.
Ellsworth's lone goal came with 4:41 left in regulation, scored by Megan Jordan.
Ellsworth is now 13-3 and will play host to MDI, the #10 seed on Saturday, October 30 at 11 a.m. at Del Luce Stadium.
MDI has upset #7 Belfast 3-0 on October 22nd and the #2 Old Town Coyotes on Wednesday, October 27th.
John Bapst ends their season 10-6.
