Eastern Maine Champs

Congratulations to the MDI Girl's Tennis Team who are the 2015 Class Be Eastern Maine Champions. They defeated Caribou Wednesday morning at Colby College 3-2. Ivy Wallace (2nd singles) defeated Conner Spencer. Maeve Geary (3rd singles) defeated Makayla Bouchard. Emily McCarthy and Olivia McCarthy (2nd Doubles) defeated Danielle Hanson and Taylor Fournier -Belanger.  Gabrielle Marquis  (1st Singles) defeated Sarah Phelps and Ashley Matlock and Ciara Richards (1st Doubles) defeated Ellie Bridger and India Janes.

Up next for the MDI Trojans.. The State Finals on Saturday, June 13th, where they will take on the Western Maine Champion, which will be either Lincoln or Greely. The match is scheduled to be held at Lewiston High School at 9 AM.
