Conners-Emerson Math Team Finishes 2nd in State

Congratulations to the Mathletes from Conners-Emerson School in Bar Harbor. They finished 2nd in the Sate in the State MathCounts competition on Saturday March 9th.

The official team was made up of  8th graders Rex DeMuro, Carlina Leonardi, Lillian Swan and Evan Ankrom

8th grader Rex DeMuro  placed 8th in the individual rounds and successfully held his place in the Countdown Round.

In addition, 6th grader Zoey Ray was on an unofficial team with two individuals from other schools and their team had the top unofficial team score.
