Catch A Deal This Month On A 2022 Annual Maine State Park Pass
There's always something fun to do within a Maine State Park.
Whether it's hitting one of the beautiful beaches or hiking one of the trails, it's always worth the price of admission to one of the many Parks all across the state! People in our area will camp at Camden Hills State Park, have a picnic at Lamoine State Park, or tour the grounds of historic Fort Knox in Prospect.
Unlike Acadia National Park, a lot of times Maine State Parks are not as crowded, especially on most weekdays. Just check out the video below of the boardwalk that leads to Crescent Beach State Park in Cape Elizabeth.

So here's the deal. The 2022 annual Maine State Park Pass goes on sale Sunday, August 15th. If you buy one close to that date you'll get to use it for the remainder of this year and all of next year! A full 16 months. Not bad for folks who spend a lot of time at one or more of the many Parks statewide.
An annual Park vehicle pass is $105, and that gets everyone in the vehicle through the gate, up to 17 passengers, time and time again. Pretty cool if you want to take the kids swimming at a State Park often. An annual individual pass is $55, and that'll admit just one person. Now while those 65 and over are always admitted free to a State Park, someone that age can buy an annual senior pass for $45, and that will admit everyone in the senior's vehicle, as long as she or he is in it, up to 17 passengers.
Annual Park Passes are for day use only, and do not include "camping."
