Candage Named Big East Girls Player of the Week

Congratulations to MDI's Maddy Candage who was named Big East Girls Player of the Week for the 1st Week of the Season in a vote of the Big East Coaches.

Candage helped lead MDI to a 3-0 record in the 1st week, averaging 14.3 points per game, 9.6 rebounds per game and 4 steals per game.

MDI, now 4-0 will travel to Bangor to take on John Bapst on Friday, December 22nd in their lone meeting of the year in a game that will be played at the Cross Insurance Center with the tipoff at 7PM. The pregame will begin at 6:45 with the game broadcast on   AM 1370 WDEA, WDEA Internet Radio, on our free downloadable APP and on any Alexa enabled device.
