Bucksport Girls Tame Pandas 62-18

The Bucksport Girl's Basketball Team traveled up to Lee on Friday, January 21st and came away with a convincing 62-18 win. Bucksport led 18-6 at the end of the 1st Quarter, 32-10 at the Half and 52-14 at the 3rd Quarter.

Bucksport was led by Breanna Coombs with 22 points. Cassy Coombs had 16 points and Zoe Erickson had 14 points. Hannah Stevenson had 4 points and Haley Craig, Darian Jellison and Savanna Colsen chipped in with 2 points each. Bucksport was 8-10 from the free throw line.

Lee was led by Grace Cowan with 8 points. Ashton Dunbar had 4 points. Sara Albert, Nicole Chandler and Sarah Godue chipped in with 2 points each. Lee was 0-2 from the free throw line.

Bucksport is 6-6 on the season and will play at Deer Isle Stonington tonight, January 23rd at 5:30 PM.

Lee is 0-13 and will play host to Calais on Saturday, January 28th at 2:30 PM.
