Bar Harbor Water Line Flushing

Bar Harbor residents and businesses should be aware that beginning Monday September 28th and running through Friday October 23rd the Bar Harbor Water Division will flush water mains.

The purpose of this is to increase flow capacities of the the water system and to provide higher water quality. Because of the flushing, customers may experience decreased pressure and dirty water during the flushing.
