Bar Harbor Nomination Papers Available

Ready to make a difference in Bar Harbor? Now's the time to step up and run for a seat on the Town Council, Superintending School Committee or as the Mount Desert Island School District Trustee.

Nomination papers are now available in the Bar Harbor Town Clerk's office for 3 (3 year) seats on the Bar Harbor Town Council, 2 (3 year) seats on the Superintending School Committee, 1 (1 year) seat on the Superintending School Committee and 1 (3 year) term as the Mount Desert Island School District Trustee.

Completed and notarized nomination papers must be returned to the Town Clerk's office by Friday, April 28, 2017 at 5 PM.

The election will take place at the Annual Town Meeting on Tuesday, June 6, 2017
