Bar Harbor Nomination Papers Available

Ready to make a difference in Bar Harbor? Now's the time to step up and run for a seat on the Town Council, Superintending School Committee or as a Mount Desert Island School District Trustee.

Nomination papers are now available in the Bar Harbor Town Clerk's office for 2 (3 year) seats on the Bar Harbor Town Council, 2 (3 year) seats on the Superintending School Committee, and 1 (3 year) term as the Mount Desert Island School District Trustee.

Completed and notarized nomination papers must be returned to the Town Clerk's office by Friday, April 26, 2019 at 5 PM. Candidates must have a minimum of 25 Bar Harbor voter's signatures to be on the ballot.
