Bar Harbor Chamber’s Free Seaside Cinema and Ellsworth Concert Band Concerts to Resume

Great news if you're looking for free, family friendly activities this summer! On Monday, the Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce announced that their free Seaside Cinema Series would resume Wednesday, July 14th and last week the Ellsworth Town Band announced that their concerts would resume on Wednesday, July 14th.

The Seaside Cinema takes place at dusk at Agamont Park. While we don't have a list of movies that will be shown, they will take place on Wednesday nights, weather permitting through August 18th. So pack the bug spray, snacks, blankets and lawn chairs and get ready for a great night! The Bar Harbor Chamber has traditionally supplied free popcorn!

The Ellsworth Concert Band announced last week that their free concerts at Ellsworth's Harbor Park will resume Wednesday, July 14th. They'll actually be practicing this Wednesday, July 7th from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. Concerts will take place weekly throught August 11th. The Wednesday schedule is

Set-up and warm-up from 6:10- 6:30.
Rehearsals: 6:30-7:00
Concerts: 7:10-7:45

Pack the lawn chairs, blankets, snacks and bug spray!
