5 MDI Track and Field Athletes Compete in New Englands

Saturday afternoon, March 2nd, 5 members of the MDI Indoor Track and Field Team competed in the 32nd Annual New England Interscholastic Indoor Track and Field Championships at the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center in Boston.

Competing were Grace Munger, Olivia Johnson, Gilbert Isaacs, Katelyn Osborne and Zoe Olson.

The team of Munger, Johnson, Osborne and Olson finished 20th in the 4x800 relay with a time of 10:35.14

Zoe Olson ran in the 1000 meter run, finishing 20th with a time of 3:15.16

Gilbert Isaacs threw the shot put finishing 22nd with a throw of 44-10.25, equivalent to 13.67 meters
