20th Annual Sheriff’s Cup March 6-8

The 20th Annual Sheriff's Cup Basketball Tournament will take place March 6th -8th in Ellsworth at Ellsworth High School, Ellsworth-Elementary Middle School and the Downeast Family YMCA.

40 teams from all over Maine are scheduled to play a total of 74 games over the weekend.

The Skowhegan Boys and Nokomis Girls will be back to defend their title from the 2019 Sheriff’s Cup.  Games start Friday March 6^th at 4:00  p.m.

Proceeds from the Sheriff’s Cup Tournament, goes towards “Sheriff’s Charities” which helps worthy causes and people in need throughout Hancock County for the past 20 years
