18th Annual Carol Dyer Memorial Luminaria Evening – Moved to Sunday August 11

UPDATE- Given the thunderstorms coming into the area this afternoon/tonight, the decision has been made to postpone this event until Sunday night, August 11th. See you then!

It's a special evening to celebrate the lives of cancer survivors and honor those who have lost their lives to cancer. The event goes from 7 to 9:30PM

I'm honored to have been asked to MC the event. Ivey Menzietti will be playing music throughout the night.

Luminarias are $10.00 per bag, and may be purchased online in advance or by stopping at the YWCA, 36 Mount Desert Street in Bar Harbor. Bags may also be purchased the night of the event on August 10th.

Each honoree's name and hometown will be read during the lighting ceremony.

All proceeds from the 18th Annual Carol Dyer Memorial Luminaria Evening will go to the Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center.
