You wouldn't let your teenager drive without a seat belt would you? You certainly wouldn't let your teen get into a car with an impaired driver! And there's a law against new teen drivers giving rides to other teens if they're not in their immediate family. But how can you tell if that teen is an intermediate driver? You can't! But hopefully, Taylor Tags will become part of the law, letting everyone know that the vehicle is being driven by an intermediate driver.

If the law passes, the tag's size, shape, color and location where it must be displayed will be determined by the Secretary of the State.
