Old Town Girls Beat MDI 47-28 [STATS]

The Old Town Girls Basketball Team beat MDI 47-28 at Bernard Parady Gymnasium in Bar Harbor on Friday night, January 5th.

Old Town jumped out to a 204 lead at the end of the 1st Quarter and led 38-8 at the end of the 1st Half.

MDI was led by Alexsandra Hanley with 10 points, while Mollie Gray finished with 8 points. The Trojans were 2-5 from the free throw line.

Old Town was led by Taylor Loring with 15 points, including 3 3-pointers. Saige Evans had 14 points with 2 3-pointers and Makayla Emerson had the Coyote's other 3-pointer. Old Town was 5-10 from the free throw line.

MDI is now 5-3 on the season. The Trojans will host the Foxcroft Academy Ponies on Wednesday, January 10th at 7 p.m. That game will be broadcast on AM 1370, on WDEA Internet Radio, on our free downloadable APP and on any Alexa enabled device with the pregame starting at 6:40 p.m.

Old Town is now 7-1. The Coyotes will host Washington Academy on Wednesday, January 10th at 7 p.m.
