Miley Cyrus Being Snoop Dogg?

Miley Cyrus just can't help herself. At the 2013 MTV European Music Awards, (the EMA's), Miley Cyrus won Best Video Award for "Wrecking Ball" and then proceeded to take out a joint, light it and smoke it on air. The EMA's were taped for showing in the United States on MTV on Sunday, November 10th, but MTV censored her acceptance speech, and now Viacom, the parent company of MTV, has claimed copyright, and all videos showing Cyrus lighting up have been pulled from You Tube.

Miley did perform "We Can't Stop" to start the show, and twerked with a little person, and also stuck out her tongue to the delight of the capacity crowd.
