It’s Election Day

Today, November 5th is Election Day! In Maine there are bond questions, and local elections with important issues at stake, such as the question of Ellsworth leaving the RSU, and city, town, and school board elections throughout the state.

Please take the 5 to 10 minutes necessary to vote. Your vote DOES count, and is needed. In the Ellsworth election, even if the vote is to withdraw from the RSU, it won't count unless there's a certain amount of votes cast! City and town councils set the local tax rate! So please go and vote!
