The Husson University Eagles baseball team is back to .500 after sweeping Norwich in a Saturday afternoon doubleheader.

The 5-5 Eagles won the first one 7-0 and the second one 7-1.

Game 1: Robert Graff and Brandon Reilly combined on the mound of a 3-hit shutout. The Eagles pounded out 12 hits from 10 different players. Andrew Curran and Michael Wong each had two hits. Conor Maguire drove in two runs with a double.

Game 2: Ben Walls and Dan Whitney combined on a 5-hit 1-run win. Walls went 4 innings allowing just 1 hit, striking out 1 and didn't allow a run,

The Eagles pounded out another 10 hits. Julian Boone had two of them. JT Whitten and Cam Archer drove in two runs each. Conor Maguire drove in a run as well, going 1-2

The Eagles play one more out of conference game, next Thursday vs St. Joe's, before NAC play begins next weekend against Thomas College.
